3 New Street Square, London
A 65,000 square feet office building spanning over six storeys, 3 New Street Square has been recently refurbished. Works included the addition of a roof extension with pavilion and terrace providing views across London and Saint Pauls.
IGC supplied and installed a Schuco FWS50 Capped Curtain Walling System to the 6th floor and ground floor.
A range of Schuco doors were used on this project in accordance with the client's requirements. Schuco ASE60 Lift-and-Slide doors, ASE60 Tiptronic sliding doors, ADS80 Fire Rated doors and ASS70 Bi-Fold-Out were all used on the 6th floor. ADS70 HI Double Leaf and ADS75 HD Glazing Single Leaf Pass doors were installed on the ground floor, with Geze Power turn operation.
